What we access, and why

Plain answers about your shop data. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain.

Buyer details never stored

Names, addresses, emails and phone numbers are removed before anything is saved.

Read-only unless you allow editing

Nothing on Etsy changes unless you turn on editing, review the change and confirm it.

No AI on your shop data

What we receive from Etsy is never sent to an AI model.

Before you connect, Etsy shows you exactly what you are allowing. Nothing on Etsy changes unless you confirm it.

Permissions we ask for

Only what a feature you use needs. We never request access to buyer email addresses, and we never message your buyers.

Etsy

  • Shop details

    Your shop name, currency and settings.

  • Listings

    Titles, tags, photos and attributes, for listing costs and SEO scores.

  • Orders and payment account

    Sales, refunds and the fees Etsy charged you, including Etsy Ads. This is what makes your profit numbers exact.

  • Editing listings

    Only on Pro, and only if you choose "Allow editing". Then you can change a listing's title, tags, materials and auto-renew, and send listing drafts you built (with their photos, video and files) to Etsy, each time after you review and confirm. Every edit is logged and can be undone. Nothing is ever changed automatically.

What we keep, and what we don't

What we store

Only what your profit and listing tools need.

  • Order totals, fees, refunds and the listing each sale belongs to.
  • The buyer's country, shown on your orders and reports. Nothing else about buyers.
  • Your listings, and the costs and expenses you enter.
  • Reviews buyers left on your shop (rating, text and photo), without who wrote them.
  • Listing drafts you build, with the photos, video and files you upload.
  • Keyword lists you save.
  • Printify orders and what each item cost, if you connect Printify.
  • Etsy Ads reports you choose to upload.
  • The email addresses of team members you invite.

What we never store

  • Buyer names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers. They are removed before anything is saved.
  • Your Etsy or Printify password. You sign in on their sites, and we receive an access key you can revoke.
  • Card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How we protect it

Encrypted access keys

Etsy and Printify access keys are encrypted at rest and never shown to anyone, including our staff.

Separated and checked

All traffic uses HTTPS. Each seller's data is kept apart, and every request is checked against your account.

No passwords at all

You sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no password to guess, reuse or leak.

A login for each person

Team members get their own logins, with permissions you choose. Nobody shares a login.

Daily backups

Your history is backed up every day. A second copy kept off siteComing soon

How we use AI: we don't, on your shop.

  • Data we receive from Etsy's API is never sent to an AI model.
  • Scores, suggestions and summaries come from fixed rules, not AI. Nothing is sent to Etsy until you choose to send it, and nothing is listed for you automatically.
  • If we add a tool that reads files you upload, AI will only ever see the file you chose to upload.

Your data and your plan

We never delete your data because of billing. It's deleted only when you ask, or after a long time unused, with warnings first. Before you cancel, downgrade, disconnect or delete, the app shows you exactly what will happen.

You cancel your plan

Nothing is deleted

Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free: one shop, refreshed once a day when you visit, the last month of history shown. Upgrade any time and everything is back.

A payment fails

Nothing is deleted

Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that your account moves to Free, as above.

You move to a smaller plan

Nothing is deleted

Shops over your new limit are paused (you choose which stay active). Older history is hidden, not removed. Extra team members lose access until you upgrade. Upgrading brings it all back.

You disconnect a shop

Its Etsy data is deleted after 60 days

We stop syncing and remove our access to it right away. Reconnect within 60 days and everything is as you left it. Costs and expenses you entered are always kept.

You delete your account

Everything is deleted after 30 days

Your account closes right away: shops stop syncing and your team loses access. Sign in within 30 days to undo it. After that it's erased for good. Invoices stay with our payment provider, as the law requires.

A free account goes unused for 12 months

Its Etsy data is deleted

We email you 30 days and 7 days before. Signing in at any point resets the clock.

You want a copy, or want it all gone

Any time

Manage account > Data & privacy lets you download all your data or delete your account.

You revoke our access on Etsy or Printify

Your choice

You can do this from their account settings at any time. The next time we sync, we see the access is gone and stop.

Service providers

We use a small number of established providers, each only for its stated purpose: sign-in and account security, payments, network security and file storage, account emails, and hosting. Each one is bound by its own security and privacy commitments.
