Yes, Pro is free for 14 days, once per Etsy shop. Connect your shop, then start the trial from Plan & billing. You add a card at checkout and aren't charged until the date shown there. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Pro carries on and your card is charged on the date shown at checkout. If you cancel during the trial, your account moves to Free instead. Either way you keep your account and history.

No. You connect your shop on Etsy's own sign-in page and approve access there, so we never see your Etsy password. You sign in to Sellotics with Google or a code sent to your email.

Not unless you ask it to. Connecting lets us read your shop. On Pro you can allow editing for a shop, and even then a change only goes to Etsy after you review it and press Apply. Changes can be undone.

Yes, whatever you make: handmade, print on demand or digital downloads. Costs can be set per item or per option, downloads have nothing to ship, and print on demand sellers can connect Printify.

No. Every plan works for any Etsy seller: enter what each item costs once with the cost builder. If you use Printify, connect it and every order uses the exact amount Printify charged. Pro and Business include it, and on Starter it is an add-on for $9 a month.

Yes. Pro covers up to 5 Etsy shops and Business up to 15, all under one subscription. Free and Starter cover one shop.

Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades never delete anything: shops over the new limit pause (you pick which stay active), older history is hidden until you upgrade again, and extra team members lose access until then.

Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. We don't refund partial periods, so a yearly plan stays active until its year is up. Nothing is deleted, and upgrading brings everything back. Disconnecting a shop or deleting your account are separate choices, and we show you exactly what happens before you confirm.

Payments run through Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. You can pay every month or once a year. A year costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Your invoices and card are in Plan & billing.

Only your own shop: orders, fees, listings and the costs you add. We never store buyer names, addresses or email. See Security & data for the full list.

No. Sellotics is an independent app that connects to your shop through Etsy's official API. It isn't endorsed or certified by Etsy.
