Your card, invoices and cancelling are handled on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store card numbers.
Upgrades start right away. A smaller plan starts when your current billing period ends, so you keep what you've paid for.
The demo doesn't have billing.
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free: one shop, refreshed once a day when you visit, the last month of history shown. Upgrade any time and everything is back.
Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that your account moves to Free, as above.
Shops over your new limit are paused (you choose which stay active). Older history is hidden, not removed. Extra team members lose access until you upgrade. Upgrading brings it all back.
